Pricing for the majority of my services is broken into 2-hour sessions. Rates are discounted for purchasing larger packages. If you choose to purchase a larger package, services can be broken up into multiple sessions. Payment for the entire package is due at the time of service.  

Rates:

Initial in person evaluation: $25 (evaluation fee goes toward first session if scheduled)


In person 2-hour session: $125

In person 4-hour session (1/2 day): $240

In person 8-hour session (full day): $475


Virtual coaching: $100 (includes coaching session and follow up email)

2-hr DIY assessment: $180

Staging consultation: $110 (includes walk through of the home, and a checklist of to-do items)

Services:


Declutter + Organize: An entire home, individual space, or just a closet.

Working at your side, I will help you to evaluate each item in your home/space, to decide if it is useful, functional, beautiful or sentimental. If items do not serve you in any way, we will best decide how to dispose of them (sell, recycle, gift, donate, trash). From there I will help you to set up an organizational system, so that you can more easily maintain your space. If your space is not currently working optimally for you or your family’s needs, I can help you to reimagine/rearrange your space, to better fit your needs.

Moving (in or out):

Moving out: I guide you through evaluating your possessions, to identify and dispose of unnecessary items so you aren’t moving belongings that you don’t need or want. 

I am also available to consult on staging your home, for a sale. Often it is helpful to go through and eliminate unnecessary possessions, to create a more welcoming space for buyers. 

Moving in: If you have recently moved, or are preparing to move, I can help you set up and organize your new space. If you are unsure how best to utilize a space in your new home, I can help you pinpoint what you need from from the space, and how best to set it up to meet your needs. I am also available to consult on design elements.

Design:

Not sure what to do with a specific space? I am available to help evaluate and pinpoint what you need and want from a space, determine desired aesthetic, and create a design that is both functional, and beautiful.

Staging consultation:

I do a walk through of the home with you, during which we discuss my recommendations for how to set up your home, to best appeal to buyers. I then follow up with an email that includes a checklist of what we discussed during the walk through, and some additional notes.

Downsizing:

If you are looking to downsize your home, I can assist you in evaluating your belongings. We will identifying the items that you truly use and love, and help you eliminate (donate, sell, recycle, gift, trash) what you no longer want/need. This will allow you to move to your new home without the burden of your unneeded possessions.

Combining households:

I will guide you as you evaluate the belongings from the two households, to identify the items that best fit your needs and your new space. From there I can help you decide how best to dispose of unwanted items (sell, donate, recycle, gift, toss). I can also assist with the organization, set up, and design of your space.

Virtual coaching:

I am available to meet with you via Zoom, to discuss your organizational needs for a specific space. We will talk through your goals for a space, and I will offer some tools to best help you tackle the job on your own. Sessions are 1 hour, and you can always email or text me with any questions you might have. I will follow up our session with an email containing notes about our session, as well as tips, and a basic plan for tackling the job.

2-hour DIY assessment:

I will come to your home, and we will spend up to two hours discussing your space. We will identify what isn’t currently working, what is working, and what you need from your space. I will then send an email with notes about what we discussed, a detailed plan on how best to tackle the job, and some tools to help along the way. This is ideal for the DIYer that just needs a little guidance getting started.


Services I do NOT provide:

-Hire/coordinate contractors

-Offer cleaning services

-Move or assemble furniture

-Install/Hang shelves, artwork, etc.

-Paint

-Coordinate donation or trash pick-up.

Service Area:

I provide services to cities in the Madison surrounding area: Madison, Middleton, Fitchburg, Cross Plains, Verona, Stoughton, Oregon, Waunakee, Sun Prairie, Belleville, Mount Horeb, Monona, Sauk City. Call or email to inquire about your area. There is an extra trip charge for areas greater than 30 miles away.
